summery    Postnord tries to avoid home delivery of  parcels
  Postnord insists that Amazon requests Postnord to ask customer to  contact Postnord to confirm home delivery
  A Postnord app provides possibility to select delivery destination but only the service points, the  home delivery options is not available even for packages marked for home delivery.
  Postnord ignores E-mails confirming a wish for the home delivery
  In one of the e-mail Amazon is informing me that the home delivers are suspended but I get other parcels home, strange
  Due to corona virus we are isolated and always at home

according to the e-mail from POSTNORD, AMAZON  request POSTNORD to get accptence  from a customer, by phone, to have home delivery



POSTNORD's app doesn't provide home delivery option and e-mails are ignored


I have clearly state by the e-mails, in Swedish and English  see below including the parcel ID,
 that I want to have home delivery.

we expect an official explanation why the package from the EU countries, point 1 and 2  below was kept at customs, illegal action breaking the international agreements, UK stays in the EU until 2020-12-31
 

 

 

Note; 23-06-2020 around 18:30-19:00 i was in a phone contact with a friendly, very professional and experienced person at  POSTNORD, who gave me a good understanding of the situation, thank you,  but the rules are defined by the management and a messy system.

WHY?

why do i need to call to request delivery home?
I need to wait in a queue, wasting time.

Home delivery is a default, why it is not used automatically as default?
